Abigail’s Term 2 Fitness Learning Story

How do I maintain my fitness and know how it helps me be healthy?

I know some activities to help me keep up my fitness.  They are running, jumping, skipping, hopping, hopscotch, ball tag, jogging, speed walking, tag, rushing.







I know why fitness is important to me so I can be fit when I do fitness.
The reasons why it’s good for me are so I can be healthy at home.   
I know I have improved my fitness by eating healthy stuff  
In the beginning, I used to always walk when we do fitness just because I was too lazy to run.

Now I can start running and no stopping to walk but sometimes I just walk cause it so hard to not stop.
